What is the educational requirement to become a sniper.

Thanks for the question.
I am sure each law enforcement agency has a multitude of different requirements for the position, but I have not heard of any educational requirements to become a sniper. There are some educational requirements to join different law enforcement agencies.
Most agencies are looking for someone that has excellent decision making skills, judgement, physical abilities, and extraordinary firearms skills. Missing a target is not acceptable in this type of position.
