Quinton,

I'll be glad to help you out. Good Luck with your assignment.

Jim

1.     40 hours scheduled hours per week. Some day's you could        get stuck on a late call and have to put in overtime. Also I worked about 20 hours per week on the side at a Bank and a grocery store as a Police Officer.

2.     The excitement of some of the calls and being able to help people with their problems.

3.     Seeing children and elderly people being injured by a crime or accident and working shifts.

4.     The crime rates are rated by the Uniform Crime Report by the types of crimes. If you type in Uniform Crime Report I believe you can search by the city.

5.     It is something I wanted to do since I was a very young boy. And I loved being able to make a difference for the better in peoples lives.

6.     I don't think Police Officers are paid enough for the dangerous job they have. But I doubt that anyone thinks their paid enough for their job, no matter what career it is.
