I am the Police Academy Commander at a LAw Enforcement/ Corrections Academy in North Central Florida. Experience I am a 26 year veteran police officer, I am currently the Police Academy Commander of an Academy in North FLorida. Education/Credentials I have 2 degrees, an AAS in Criminal Justice Technology from Santa Fe Community College, and a AA from Santa Fe Community College in Criminal Justice Programs.
Question I know 911 emergency calls originated in Haleyville, AL and I know who the first people were to "test" it out. I was wondering if you knew who actually made the first emergency 911 call?

What a great question! I thought I knew but like you said they only tested it out. You are referring to the first emergency call to come across it I think.
That information is nowhere to be found on the Internet. BUT! I think that if this is for a school report or your just a really curious person, you could call the Haleyville Police Department and ask them. I bet someone in the department, probably the supervisor of the dispatch section, might know. It wouldn't hurt to give them a call.
