Careers: Police/hiring after an arrest

Question
Hi, I'm 26, and wondering if my arrest from 4 years ago will affect my hiring status.  The arrest was for a ticket(my first ticket) that i never paid(frankly I didn't have the knowledge of what to do at the time) which obviously became a warrant.  I'm used to having a job, but then I had a baby last year and now new to the job hiring race.  I guess right now I'm just unsure if any company period will hire me with that on my background check.  I would appreciate any advice you can give.  Thank you for your time.

Answer
Most agencies and/or companies want to know the truth. If it was for a bs traffic ticket you should be fine, however it is gonna depend on the status of the said warrant. Check with the authorities who issued it and then be honest when you interview. You should be fine.
