Question
hello,
My name is Sergey . I am 16 years old and I want to continue my education in England(Today  I'm studying in my last year at school in Russia).I want to work for interpol but I don't Know wich institute and wich faculty I should choose for achieving my aim?

Answer
Hi Sergey,

Very nice to meet you. You do realize that Interpol is not a police force correct? They do no make arrest or even investigate a whole lot, they are a organization facilitating international police cooperation. It was established as the International Criminal Police Commission in 1923. It should not be confused with the International Police, which takes on an active uniformed role in policing war-torn countries.

Its membership of 186 countries provides finance of around US$59 million through annual contributions. (By comparison, Europol receives $90 million annually.) The organization's headquarters are in Lyon, France.

In order to maintain as politically neutral a role as possible, Interpol's constitution forbids its involvement in crimes that do not overlap several member countries, or in any political, military, religious, or racial crimes. Its work focuses primarily on public safety, terrorism, organized crime, war crimes, illicit drug production, drug trafficking, weapons smuggling, human trafficking, money laundering, child pornography, white-collar crime, computer crime, intellectual property crime and corruption.

In 2005, the Interpol General Secretariat employed a staff of 502, representing 78 member countries. Women comprised 42 percent of the staff. The Interpol public website received an average of 2.2 million page visits every month. Interpol's red notices that year led to the arrests of 3,500 people.

The way they work is when they get a lead on a fugitive or crime they send out a "red notice" to the local police and they are the ones that act on them.

Here is what you need to be a member, right from the groups website:
With such a diverse group of men and women, the organization's values play a particularly important role in maintaining a harmonious and effective working environment. The INTERPOL General Secretariat defines its values through the following qualities:

Respect for human rights
Integrity
Commitment to quality
Availability
Team spirit
Value for money
Accountability

Fundamental Competencies

Competencies are the set of capabilities (incl. knowledge, skills, experience, values, behavior and attitudes) required to perform effectively in a post. 6 Fundamental Competencies have been defined by INTERPOL and are applicable to 'all' staff regardless of their function/grade within INTERPOL. This aims at indicating to the applicants the type of basic competencies which are expected from them, in addition to the requirements specified in the vacancies.

I hope that all helps you and please be well and stay safe!
