First of all I didn't answer your question due to the fact you asked for case law, statues ect. Obviously you contacted several departments as to their procedure. If your asking what my dept did when I wrote affidavits for search warrants (23 yrs ago) then I'd be glad to answer you. However that is not what you asked. I do not get paid to answer these questions, I volunteer my time. I would suggest you do the research necessary to find the answer, as your reply here does not motivate me to spend my time to research this.
