QUESTION: yes is impossible for me get hired from any department they don't even give me an interview.

ANSWER: I am not sure what I can do for you.  Obviously these police departments are disqualifying you because of your record.  An impersonating a police officer charge is a huge red flag and I am sure that your relatives in police work can tell you why.

I can't say that you will never be hired as a police officer.  All I can tell you is to keep trying.

I did two years of probation till i was the age of 19 it star when I was 17 and I was arrested when I was 16 the judge decide to put me that probation and at the end the case will be SCOP just that. But my question is in the police or any state job there is a question that say

What should I put there please
Because when the arrest was made it was a felony that what it say in the police report but the case  disposition is SCOP
SUCCEEDS  Complete Of Probation just that please if anyone can help me .

Answer
I am not going to tell you what or what not to write on an application.  That would be close to giving you legal advice and I cannot do that.  Have you consulted your parents?  Have you talked to the recruiting officer?  One thing that you have to remember is that they will know what you have been arrested for an hour after you turn in your application.

Expertise

U.S.: I am an expert in this category for the purpose of giving young people an idea what the hiring process involves for the position of police officer. I am getting a flood of questions from young people who are being influenced by unrealistic television shows. I'd ask you to consider that when you watch police shows on television that they are NOT realistic and most of what you see does not happen in real life. Please do not ask me about potential jail sentences that you, your friends, or family might receive in court. There is no way for me to know that. I am NOT a probation officer so I cannot answer questions about probation and parole matters. I am a retired police officer with 26 years experience.I worked in a variety of assignments including investigations, homicide, sex crimes, runaway investigations, missing persons, and fraud.I also dealt with the general public during that time giving a wide range of advice on matters such as domestic disputes, problem solving, teenage problems, civil/criminal matters, and dealing with the mentally ill. I am available to give sound and reasonable advice which can solve most problems. Please do not ask me to do homework questions or online interviews. Young people should not rely on the Internet for interviews. Local police officers are normally very agreeable to assist students with interviews and surveys.
