I would like to know if there are equal chances of getting hired onto a police force with a college degree versus a criminal justice school program ie.(Itt tech).And if the pay scale would be similar.If you do not know is there a way I can find out.

 Most departments look at a degree as a degree.  Remember, ITT tech degrees (if you read the small print) are not 'transferable' to other schools.  Meaning, other schools do not recognize them.  

 Either way, the pay will be the same.  People with college degrees do not get extra pay on any police agency as a rookie, that I'm aware of.
