QUESTION: Hello,I am Richard Kennedy
I am only 13 and i really would like some help on a road to becoming a police officer. I now that i am only 13 but i have looked everywhere for advice,well i have to chose my option this year in my high school and i really do not know what ones to chose because there are so many. so i would really like you to give me advice on what to take and what and how to get started
I am also interested in children so i was thinking that i could become a police officer dealing with children even if you could give me a little bit of help i would be gratefully

I am not sure of how the school curriculum works in the UK. Write me back and tell me what kind of choices you have and maybe I can help you decide the areas of study you might consider.

QUESTION: Oh okay sorry about that,
Well we can take things like Btec drama,geo I will asked you this how did you get into geography,history,Ict,french,spainish,german,childcare. I was thinking of taking child care and ict but if you dont know a way to help me out i understand.

All those courses sound exciting and will help you go far in life. I would focus on Science and Math to help further your career while in High School and then concentrate on Criminal Justice while in College.

I became a Police Officer after serving in the Army for 6 years as a Military Police Officer and Yes I Love my job.
