Question
dear sir,
i am a graduate in medicine, born and raised in Pakistan, a Muslim by religion, and seeking to work as doctor in armed forces outside of Pakistan. I would prefer working in developed countries, like US, UK or in European countries etc. I have been trying, but most of the time I am disappointed to learn that nationality or permanent residency is the basic requirement which i don't have. So, kindly advice me how can i find an employer (armed forces/police) who do not look for this criterion.

Thanks for the question.
I am not sure how you can go about accomplishing something like that, but I will try and give you a couple of avenues to take.
1. Contact the nearest U.S. Embassy.
2. Contact the Unites States Department of State.
3. Contact the nearest U.S. military base and see/speak to a military recruiter.
