Question
Jason im an 8th grade student im doing a project and im actually going to try to be on a Swat team can you tell me all the education and everything i need to become a swat officer. I live in the U.S. will you answer these questions. please.

Answer
Steven:

This question has been asked and answered many times.  Please do a search in the previously answered question pool and you'll find tons of information.  Just to get you started, tho, you have to get hired by a police department first, then work as a patrol officer for a number of years before you get selected for SWAT or any other special team.  The only education you generally need is a high school diploma for most agencies.

Again, research the question pool on this site and you'll find your answer.
