Question
I am filling out an application for my local police department, and I have a question about the employment history. I have two previous employers that I don't have addresses or phone numbers for anymore. I also think that they are no longer in business anymore. Will leaving blanks on those lines hurt my chances? Thanks.

Thanks for the question.
An incomplete application could pose some problems for you. Try and find a number or two for some of your former co-workers that might help you out for references.
I would write the businesses down with the information you have and let it be.
