Question
I have applied and I have no criminal back ground issues other than my driving record. The most recent one was not guilty. The rest were no contest, for things like driving w/o a license. Then I went to court and presented it.
My question do I have a chance getting hired. I should add I was a victim of Identity theft and my credit is being worked on now by a professional and I have filed police reports to show that my identity has been stolen. I have copied and pasted  my driving record for you.

Answer
Carlos,

Thanks for the question.

The identity theft question is explained, but your disrespect for the driving law is not. To be a police officer you need to be a role model, and this includes driving behavior.

I would be concerned about having you behind the wheel of a police vehicle. You have a lot of driving incidents in a short amount of time!!!!!!

If your driving is the only issue you have, I would say keep it clean for the next two-three years and you might be considered.

A lot of agencies just will not tolerate a lot of driving offenses

Good luck and best wishes!
