Question
Hi. Alright, if I go into the army for MP could I learn what I needed to be a police officer when I get out?

Answer
Joe,

You will still need to attend a Police Academy when you get out of the Army, while you do learn Law Enforcement in MP school you mainly learn and perform the combat duties of MPs, which are Rear Area Combat Operations, Route Recon, Convoy Escorts, area patrol, etc...

Good Luck.
