Question
Does a search warrant have to list the name of the home owner or person whose place is being searched? Can it
read "resident"? They left that form listing what was found. Was that the actual
warrant? Its called return on search warrant.

I found your question in the Question Pool which means that the person who you asked did not care to answer it.
There is no requirement to list the name of the owner of the property or building that is going to be searched. The only requirement is that the address, description, and location of the property be listed.
It sounds like you are asking what the name of the list of property seized is called. Its called the "return" and you get one copy and the issuing authority (judge) gets the original.

Young people should not rely on the Internet for interviews. Local police officers are normally very agreeable to assist students with interviews and surveys.
