Question
Hi my name is Anthony, I am currently 18 years of age. When i was 15 i was arrested for Domestic Violence. The scenario was i cut my hair mom did not approved of it she got the clippers and attempted to reshave my hair so i push her arm cus she had the clippers on ,Then i was arressted.The outcome of it is funny i never step foot in court on my way to court this lady approached us and said u can take this to court or do this the easy way i did a pretrail diversion i did anger management class for 9 weeks and was done i never set foot in court when i turn 21 and apply for a job as a Police Officer would that deny me.?

If your arrest record is not sealed, it is possible that the arrest information could be found out by any agency you apply with for a job.

However, as a juvenile you went through the pre-trial diversion program, which probably cleared your record. You may want to check with the arresting agency and see if they have any record of you or if they have kept the arrest information on you, and if you have not had any other legal issues, see if the record can get expunged.

Since there was no court conviction, I see no reason why you would be disqualified other than if there are any other disqualifying events.
