QUESTION: sir i got a job offer with 18 months of signing a bond,it offers monthly sal.6500 for 3 months den 7500 for 3months n 10000for 1 year,if i resign within the period of bond i hav to repay 1.5lakh,plz suggest me

The decision is yours to make. Weigh any options that you might have.

1. Do you have any other potential job prospects out there?
2. Can you make more salary with another company?
3. Will you be working abroad or in your own country?
4. Do they provide housing?
5. Do they provide medical/health coverage?

If it is a well established company, I might lean toward the offer and gain some valuable work experience. While under contract, the company may offer you other jobs or advancement opportunities.
