Question
The last time i smoked weed was September 2nd 2010 and that was my birthday, if i apply for the cop position should i put it that i smoked weed?

Answer
"IF" you apply?   Uhh...you are asking if you should lie about doing illegal drugs.   What do you think?   And you are asking a cop about it.....

So, the answer first is:

STOP smoking dope.    "IF" you ever hope to be in law enforcement, that's a sure way to end any hope of that.

Most agencies won't TOUCH you if you've smoked dope within the past year.   Some want a five year gap.

Lying on an application is a good way to get fired while in the academy (if you are hired) when the background investigator finds out after they interview your friends.   And many agencies make you take a lie detector test.
