Question
How can I become swat for Richland county sheriff department

Thanks for the question.
You have to be employed by the Richland County Sheriff's Department as a Deputy Sheriff, and then there is a selection/testing process to be on the SWAT Team.
If you contact their Operations Division they should be able to give you the exact requirements that have to be met for each deputy to be considered.
