Question
I was a deputy in Washington State.  I was terminated for lying to supiors and insubordination.  I also lost my peace officer cert.  Even though I completed the academy does this mean I am no longer POST certified?

Answer
Terry, frankly, I don't know.  It would seem that if you completed your POST Training, you would have a certificate stating the same...thus, you would be able to show proof of this.  When you say you lost your peace officer cert., I am presuming you mean that when you were terminated, you no longer had peace officer status. You might try someone on this panel who has more experience in this thing.  Sorry I couldn't be more specific.  Good luck.
