Question
I am currently a soldier in the U.S. army stationed in Baghdad-Iraq, for 15 months, i will have my honorable discharge from the army next year, i am 30 years of age, i do speak 2 languages that is used in the city of Detroit, i speak Arabic, and Khaldian, i do have some college credit, but now in Iraq i continue my college online, what chances do i have to apply for a police officer job in Detroit, Michigan, after the army, specially English is my third language.

Thanks for the question.

As long as you are fluent enough in English that you can read & write it and understand it, I think you would probably be an asset to the Detroit Police Department.
I really don't see anything holding you back from accomplishing becoming a police officer. You didn't say, but I would imagine one of the requirements is to be a U.S. Citizen. You shouldn't have any problem with that either after being in the military.
