Hi Jeson.Maybe my question saund insane,bat please answer me.I was police officer in Bosnia 10 year,last 3 in S.W.A.T team.I was compitet in Florida 1998/1999 on ROUND UP SWAT competition,and then I move in USA in 2000 year.Iam not US citizen and still waiting green card from emigration.I have few diploma and certificate in Eneglish and picture to proved.Can I be activ (ful time) member some SWAT tima in SAD,sins Iam 33 year old,activ in sport.Can you conect me with some people you now.In this country everything is posible if you are good!Thanks

No, sorry. Sounds like you have much experience, but no agency in the US will hire you until you go through an academy/school, and then work the street answering calls for a few years. Then you can go for SWAT.
However, many agencies will hire you once you get the green card, I know quite a few Brits working in Law Enforcement today in this country. Good luck and keep trying!
