Question
I'm interested in joining the police force and I was wondering what kind of training I would need before I could join the K-9 unit?
Kelsey, the best advice I give all new recruits is learn the streets first. You will see it is a different world out there. More than we will ever imagine. After several years and you get your street legs start talkin to the K9 unit. Get to know them and dont be afraid to ask questions. This will take you a long way.
