hello

i am eager to join the policeforce once i have gained life experiance.  i was wondering if the police lookf for a specific personatlity when interviewing potetial police enforcers. i am 15 years old and i would b grateful for the answer, thank you

Hi Tom,

I would say that you are certainly thinking the right way. They prefer candidates that have got some life experience - somebody that is good with people, someone who can deal with people at all levels. I worked for eight years in another job before I applied for the police. I feel that this gave me the necessary life skill that they are looking for.
