Question
i recently put a wanted add up on www.danscomp.com (bmx site) for a bike part. I was later emailed an offer for $50 including shipping, and sent a money order to the person. That was march 2nd. on march 5th i recieved an email saying the money order had been recieved, and the person would ship the package the next day (3-4 days). It is now march 24th and still no package.  i have emailed the person a few times in the past weeks, but have recieved no answer. What should i do, or is it a lost cause (i also have lost the postal address of the seller)  his email Napplvasion@cs.com
thanks for any help

Answer
Hi Tim,

I would first contact your local Police Dept and file a report with them. Either the person is very slow in sending you what was promised or he is guilty of theft by deception. Either way I would contact your PD to get them to look into the matter. Hope this helped some.
