Question
Hey I have been interested in joining law enforcement for some time now, but i just had back surgery for a herniated disc. If i do not have anymore problems with this will i be able to pass a physical given by the poilce or am i automatically rejected?

It shouldn't be a big issue, as long as you are fully capable of completing the physical requirements the department wants you to do. It will all depend on the department you are applying to, you need to check with them and see if this is considered disqualifying...
