Stephanie, to get on a SWAT team, one must first have a good street background including tactics, good shooting skills and a tremendous amout of stamina. As for here in my agency it is a difficult task to get on the team as these cops are the best of the best and they show it when trying out for the team. One must posess a strong will to survive and have good strong family support.
