Hi,
My name is Claude and I have a questions in regards to tests. What is the purpose of tests and what components are essential especially for grade one to six.

Formative assessment helps in revision of knowledge, retention of what has been learned and to understand what has and what has not been learnt. Tests should be taken after giving students time to prepare, according to the cognitive level of students, and followed by feedback. Tests should assess cognitive, psychomotor as well as affective domains. They should assess the students' ability to relate the knowledge gained to real world scenarios.
