Question
Hi Dear,
I would be so thankful if you could tell me what is the difference between an ENGLISH LANGUAGE COLLEGE and an ENGLISH LANGUAGE INSTITUTE ; I mostly mean differences in quality of learning.
With regards,
M.Mehranmanesh

Answer
I'm not really sure but I think that an "English Language College" would be a school where all courses are taught in English while and "English Language Institute" would be a college focusing on the study of the English Language. [This might be totally wrong!]
