Question
What are the characteristics of the teacher to be able to manage the class ?
2- When a student doesn't understand an idea, should the teacher re-explain it again diregarding the other topics or ideas of the lesson?

Answer
Thank you for your question. In order for a teacher to be able to control their classroom they must have patience, understanding and consistency. It is the role of all teachers to make sure their children understand ideas and lessons. Re-explaining is the key. Many children will not get a concept on the first try. Teachers need to re-explain and revisit over and over again through the school year in order to ensure success. A good lesson is all intertwined and connected. Good teachers do not have to disregard other portions of a lesson.

Hope this helps
Stephanie
