Dear Kathleen .
It gives us apleasure to ask you about certain subjects in teaching .we are jordnian teachers and we want to ask you about this subjects
1- what are the benifets of tecnical education?
2- what are the difficulties of using technical education in poor countries ?

Answer
Technical education could mean workforce education or are you asking for technical education meaning computers and telecommunication (phones).  Difficulties for technical education in poor countries could be that the infrastruture needs to be built first.  The good side of this - would mean that wireless technology would move faster and be less costly.
