I was afraid of that. The "True" magazines were sold in 2008 to Dorchester Publishing, which was a well-known romance novel publisher. However, in early 2011, they began to have severe financial problems and either stopped or delayed publication of the magazines. The last I could find was this link:

They have pretty much stopped all novel publishing, except for e-books, and I don't know whether they still own the magazines. You might try to contact Dorchester to see whether they have a record of your subscription.
