Caribbean for Visitors/Moving to the Carribean?

Hi,
I have a question for you. Not sure how well you will be able to answer this but, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis about 3 months ago and I was thinking of moving somewhere warmer due to the fact that it hurt in this cold weather. I have the money to move and buy a place and possibly open a business or even teach. I have a education and could possibly give a lot. If you could just give me a few places to look into and how much the cost of living would be I would appreciate it very much.

Sounds like a great experience for you. Unforunately I specialize in vacation planning to the Caribbean and don't have access to the information you require. You'll probably want to check out the different island tourist board websites to gain a better understanding of the islands. Then speak with a realtor.
