Caribbean for Visitors/All Inclusive Girls Trip

Question
I'm looking for a tropical get away for a girls trip in November.  We will have about 6-8 women, traveling from NC to a warm sunny place (preferably not Mexico).  Any great places in the Caribbean that you recommend for an All Inclusive resort?

Thank you for your inquiry.  There are many variables that go into choosing the perfect vacation location.
