Caribbean for Visitors/Caribbean Island?

Question
We'd like to know which island would be best for bike riding opportunities (moderate, for an older couple, NOT mountian biking).  Also, is there a particular island known for shelling?

Hi Karen,

The 1st thing I think of is North Caicos, only because I had clients stay & remember them commenting on finding great shells as well as doing a bike tour. ( they were an older couple) I honestly couldn't tell you exactly how the biking was or what type of shells they found.
Also, I have had clients bike the jungle in St. Lucia, which may be a little more than you are looking for. I found this website, it states biking levels range from beginner on up. Take a look :)
