Hi Wendy

I am planning for my Honeymoon in 1st week of December.

Here are my requirements:

1) Needs to be close to the US, preferably anywhere in the Carribean.
2) Need to have clear white sandy beaches
3) Should have crystal blue waters.
4) The resort should be above average and slightly luxurious
5) The rooms should be something different.. i.e. no regular looking boxed room
6) Place should not be too hilly and tropical.. going for the total beach experience.

Since my fiance and me have these mixed bad requirements can you pls help us. I have been trying to look for a place forever and need to finalize something now. Pls. advise on what could be our options.

It is my honeymoon, so I really want a special experience.

Based on your information, I am going to suggest the Dominican Republic. The Punta Cana area has amazing beaches & crystal clear waters
This area is not "hilly" but it IS a tropical climate. Not jungle, but if you wish to experience a "jungle" atmosphere, a day trip would take you there.
