Caribbean for Visitors/Winter 2006 vacation

Question
We have gone to Sandals Royal Caribbean, an All Inclusive Hotel in Jamaica, for two weeks during January's in the past years.  It is nice and the high cost reflects all the extras one gets. This year we would like to go for 4 weeks ( last 2 weeks  of January and the first 2 weeks of February 2006 ) and would like to find something similar, without spending a fortune.
Any suggestions ?
