Question
Are onboard weddings worth the effort and memorable enough for such an occasion?

Answer
You know, you will find a 50 - 50 mix on the remarks of it being a value......I can tell you that I have had clients that have had GREAT SUCCESS with doing this thru a cruiseline wedding coordinator and some that have been disappointed......Overall costs are very reasonable when compared to a land package, but remember that if done onboard, it has to be done in a US port of call or arranged on an island which I would not suggest due to possibly being unable to visit that island due to weather issues that DO ARISE from time to time......

As I said, some clients have been well pleased, but it really depends on the wedding consultant you are working with. And so you know in advance, the Travel Agent you work with really will have nothing they can assist you with once it is turned over to a wedding consultant. That is a contract between the wedding couple and the wedding consultants.

I have renewed my wedding vows onboard ship and been well pleased with the outcome but cannot give a personal reference to a wedding onboard.
