Question
What else will I need besides a passport in order to take my grandson on his first cruise. I have had him since he was three months old. We will leave in Aug. 08. I have already sent off for his passport. I just need to know if when we get to the ship will anything else be needed?

Answer
Hi There and what a wonderful SURPRISE to take your grandson on a cruise !

I am assuming you have legal custody of the child. If this is correct, and if he is UNDER 18 years of age I would bring court documentation as evidence of your "Sole Custody" of the minor child. It may or may not be asked for, but better prepared than have problems when checking in to the ship or airline (if applicable).

Have a Grrrrrrrrrrreat Cruise !
