Expert: Linda Date: 5/1/2008 Subject: Shuttle services from MIA to Carnival terminal at Port of Miami
Question Looking for affordable parking, Port is crazy, found a place called Airport Fast Park, 4101 NW 31st St, looks like they are across the street from the airport. Got good comments about Super Shuttle, as far as a ride from the airport to the cruise terminal/$15 oneway.
Any suggestions??
Answer PARKING IN MIAMI IS A PAIN IN THE BUTT! I would take the shuttle as it's less expensive, you don't waste time renting a car, not worth it. If there are 3 of you going, it's better to take a taxi, IF you don't have a lot of luggage; if a lot of luggage, shuttle is best bet, pulls you right up to the pier. I prefer the shuttle to taking the bus from the cruise lines, you're not stuck waiting for everyone to get their luggage and get to the bus.
