what is the best way to get to the port of miami, dodge island from the airport,going on royal caribbeans liberty of the seas.

My suggestion is the super shuttle, it's $15/person and takes you right to the pier.  You CAN go with the buss from RCCl, BUT you'll be stuck waiting at the airport till a busload of people get their luggage, then wait for all to load and get on the bus.  Super Shuttle has been around for years and has good reputation.  If there are only 2 of you, you could also take a cab, absolutely no waiting and about the same cost as 2 on the shuttle.
