My husband & I will be sailing on Carnival Valor along with another couple in November. We will be celebrating our 20th anniversary and they are celebrating their 19th.

We will be doing an Eastern cruise.

What can you tell me about Valor?

Rhonda, congrats on your anniversaries!  Good going!  We have not been on the Valor, but her sister ship.  Very elegant and "oh my gosh" when you get on board.  The ship has a great central meeting place on deck 4, lots of entertainment etc there.

Eastern cruise is great for Nov as in St Thomas you can shop for your Christmas gifts.  We hit the perfume shops one year and all the guys and girls got smell good stuff.

Another year, all got booze (remember though, we live in Florida, so no flights)  We did have our car packed though as we went with another couple and they did the same thing.

If you go to cruisecritic.com join the community (free) and ask some questions, like who's going to be the entertainment during that time, who's the cruise director etc. Those are probably more of the things you want to know.

Did you know you can also have your cabin decorated for your anniversary?  Call your travel agent or Carnival, it's a thought.
