Carnival/Wine

Question
I know that the policy states that you are allowed to bring your own wine and they charge to drink it in the steak house... Can you drink it in your own room. My boyfriend and I are taking our first cruise and we may spend a little extra time in the room! If ya know what I mean...

Answer
hi jennifer...you are allowed to bring one bottle of wine p/p. I personally bring a couple more and never have had a problem getting them thru security at all. A corkage fee of approx. $10.00 per bottle is supposed to be charged. Some waiters follow this policy while others turn their head ! You are free to enjoy the wine in your stateroom or on your balcony. Can make for a very romantic evening...If you know what I mean !!    Enjoy your cruise....the first one is usually the most memorable !               PS.... dont forget the sunscreen !
