Hi I am doing a report for my hotel management class how would i get some info on your views in customer service,challenges and how carnival cruises overcame them your mission statement and what makes you top notch in cruise lines

I'm sorry, but I don't work for the cruise line, I'm just an avid cruiser.  The website for carnival is carnivalcruislines.com, you can also google on Princesscruises.com. or RCCL.com.  There web sites might give you their mission statements and afford you some information.
