Question
my drosera capensis get constantly attacked by a fungus, I know from the info on your CD what fungicide to use, but I am in south africa and the recommended products are not available here, is there any other simple solution or a common product? not killing the plant!

Answer
I'm assuming that the fungus is on the soil.  That's where fungus typically starts.

A sulfur fungicide is the best way to prevent fungus because it's very safe to use with carnivorous plants, especially sundews.  If you can't find it at the stores or online, you can use hydrogen peroxide (3%). You should be able to find it at your local drug store.

You will need to dilute the hydrogen peroxide before using it.  I have to say that I've never used it with sundews, only with Sarracenia and flytraps.  Their leaves are much tougher and can withstand the oxidative actions of the hydrogen peroxide.  Sundews tend to be a bit more delicate.

Start with a dilution of 1 part hydrogen peroxide and 5 parts water.  (With Sarraacenia, you can use 1 part hydrogen peroxide and 4 parts water.)  Pour the solution over the soil, and avoid the upper parts of the plant.  When the solution touches the soil, it will bubble and fizz.  That's normal.  This will take care of any current fungus spores, but it will not prevent future fungus.  Sulfur does a better job at that.

To prevent fungus, make sure you're practicing good hygiene.  Don't grow your plant in a terrarium, which is completely unnecessary.  Make sure your plant is getting lots of sunlight, which will kill fungal spores.

Good growing!

Instead, we help growers by diagnosing a specific plant problem and offering solutions (i.e. Why is my sundew not producing dew?; Is now a good time to divide my Sarracenia?; Why are the traps turning black?; What's a good substitute for perlite?; Why didn't my seeds germinate?; Can you identify this carnivorous plant for me?)
