In the dvd you guys said that after you replant you should cut the flower stack. Is that what I should do about this plant. It is Sarracenia rubra. Attach hopefully is a picture of the plant.

Hi Weylin,
If you did a simple repotting, you don't need to cut back the flower stalk. If you divided the rhizome, then you should cut it back to make sure the plant focuses on producing leaves, which will help the plant recover quickly from the rhizome damage.
