I have a question.I keep my Adelae Sundew on my window sill under two 40 watt 4ft shop lights that are on for about 13to14 hours a day.I replanted them in 50% peat moss %26 50% perlite because the tips were turning brown and I haven't replanted them in over a year.I have them under the same bulbs for about 2 years and was wondering if it would help if I changed the bulbs.They are still growing but tips are the only problem I have.

Ideally the bulbs should be changed yearly.  Even though they might function, they lose intensity over time.  While poor lighting isn't a reason for brown tips, poor lighting will only worsen an already weak plant.

You mentioned about keeping the plant in a windowsill.  If the window is open, warm breezes can dry out the leaves and cause the tips to burn.

It's also normal for older leavers to turn brown at the tips.  So check the plant to see if it's just the older leaves.  As your plant matures, it will have more older leaves than new ones.  If this is the case, then it's simply a matter of clipping off the older leaves.

If you need further assistance, upload a clear photograph of your plant.  This may help me determine if other factors may be affecting your plant.
