Carnivorous Plants/Pitchers not opening?

Hello
I know I may seem like the one with many problems but really just many concerns. After my recent question on the windowsill with the Nepenthes sang. I bought it was doing fine since I got it until now. The plant's leafs are still turning red and still producing many pitchers, but none open the lids. Once they get big enough to see the lid the tips turn brown and soft. I water only when it feels lightly damp and they sit in a humidity tray with pebbles on the bottom, watered with distilled water.

Overall your plant looks very healthy. It may just be a matter of time. This will happen sometimes on smaller plants, but later more normal pitchers follow.
On a different subject, this plant doesn't look like N. sanguinea. It looks more like Nepenthes x "Judith Finn". We had a batch of plants sold to us last year marked as sanguinea that turned out to be Judith Finns. The problem is you often can't tell when they are little, but you can now. Judith Finn is notorious for being slow growing. It tends to need warm temperatures and elevated humidity to look good.
