Question
Hi again,
when i was ajusting my lights for my cephalotus i noticed one of my nepenthes wasnt looking so good. the new leaves are getting smaller and smaller and the plant dosent have any pitchers so im not exactily shure what it is. i think it is a N. Rajah it is growing in a mix of perlite, orchid bark and spaghnum moss under the same light fixture in the same conditions as the cephalotus. sorry to bother you twice in one day.
Thanks!

Answer
Hi Michael,

Often when leaves get smaller and smaller it is a nutrient deficiency issue.  Try fertilizing it.  Use an orchid fertilizer that is high nitrogen, low phosphorous.  Seaweed based fertilizers work well also.  Use 1/4 tsp. per gallon of water, and apply it as a foliar spray and a little in the soil once a week.   Continue your regular watering.  See if it starts to perk up after a couple of weeks.

Good Growing!

PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR QUESTION:
We no longer answer how-to questions (i.e. How do I propagate...?; How do I grow...?).

Instead, we help growers by diagnosing a specific plant problem and offering solutions (i.e. Why is my sundew not producing dew?; Is now a good time to divide my Sarracenia?; Why are the traps turning black?; What's a good substitute for perlite?; Why didn't my seeds germinate?; Can you identify this carnivorous plant for me?)
