Hi Kinjie,
This patchy mold is pretty common on pots of indoor plants, especially as our days get short, and sun is in short supply. Sulfur based fungicides are perfectly safe on Cephalotus. I've also used Daconil and Tebuconozole that is in Bayer 3 in 1. Both are safe on Cephalotus. Just avoid anything copper based. Have you watched our fungicide podcast?
